The great thing about personal training is that it can take place anywhere - your home, the gym, a studio, or even outside! Here are some of your options:
- In-home Training - Want to avoid the crowds and distractions of the gym? Got an in-home gym? Then, this option is for you. More and more people are discovering the benefits of ditching the gym and working out with a personal trainer in a more familiar environment. I highly recommend taking advantage of this option. Even if you don’t think you have enough equipment, please inquire because I will bring some of my own equipment. Even if you don’t have any equipment at all, some of the best workouts can be done sans equipment!
- Gym/Studio Training - Various gyms and studios in the Washington, DC area allow independent personal trainers to train with their equipment and we can choose a location that is convenient to you. I prefer training at City Fitness in the Cleveland Park neighborhood of Washington, DC, but I can also travel to your gym or studio if private personal trainers are allowed on site.
- Outdoor Training - Weather permitting, I would love to train you outdoors. There are various parks in DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland that provide and outstanding environment to train in. I highly recommend trying this type of workout at least once, but be careful - you might not want to go back indoors!
